Associate

As an Associate, you will assist with daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences, shape the store’s success, and contribute to company growth.

• Customer
  
  Experience:
  
  Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Sales & Performance:
  Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management, promotional strategies, and sales targets.
• Operational Excellence:
  Participate in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment, and store maintenance. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and health & safety regulations.

  Work with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals while adhering to store policies and health and safety regulations.

• Experience:
  
  Proven experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.

  Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

• Set weekly availability, including morning, day and night shifts as needed.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance in line with company policies.
• Clear spoken English for effective customer communication.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and basic math in English to handle business tasks.

• Prolonged standing (approx. 4–14 hours/day).
• Stooping, kneeling and reaching to stock merchandise.
• Climbing ladders or ascending/descending stairs as required.
• Lifting items weighing 5–25 lbs regularly; higher weights in certain circumstances.
• Good vision, including color discrimination.
• Moderately noisy retail environment.
