• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom, ensuring team members execute on customer service programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot, etc.).
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process all buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner; notify customers upon shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure, utilizing electronic outside purchase order ledger.
• Process retail customer returns and exchanges efficiently and friendly, issue refunds accurately using correct payment methods, and manage returned merchandise in the returns area.
• Invoice all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate Image Maker & merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure team members adhere to posted work schedule; approve changes/deviations and ensure clocking in/out per company policy.
• Perform all store opening/closing duties, including day-end procedures, verifying/securing money/deposits, preparing bank deposits, ensuring night security lights are on, locking doors, arming/disarming alarms, and securing delivery vehicles.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Required:

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Desired:

• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
