• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the electrophysiological mapping and navigation system
• Educate and train hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to cardiac mapping and navigation products
• Promote the safe and effective use of the employer's cardiac mapping products and related procedures
• Develop and cultivate customer relationships to drive incremental business
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify potential sales opportunities and conduct customer training

• High school diploma PLUS a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation; OR
• Associate degree PLUS a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation; OR
• Bachelor’s degree PLUS a minimum of 2 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
• Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

• B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with a minimum of four years of related work experience
• Proven track record with technical training assignments
• Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support
• Ability to travel more than 25% of the time
