* Job Description:

** House Manager /Supervisor PRNA registered professional nurse who is responsible for continuity of care on a designated shift by coordinating the activities and services of nursing and the other departments in an effective and economical manner. Functions as the delegate of Administration in the absence of the President or his designee.
* Ensures all inpatient units, emergency room, and critical care have adequate staff to provide quality, safe patient care.
* Assists with calling in staff to assist when needed for patient care.
* Monitors and plans bed placement for Emergency Department, Critical Care, Surgery, intra-departmental transfers, and any outside transfers/direct admits.
* Addresses any customer service complaints
* Attends all emergency calls for support and throughput needs

Requirements:
* Current RN licensure recognized by the Kentucky State Board of Nursing is required
* Five Years clinical experience and successful performances as a staff nurse
