Position: LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Acute Care – Lourdes Hospital
Job Summary:
The LPN delivers safe and efficient care to patients using nursing interventions. The LPN is responsible for clinical and clerical duties related to patient care.
Essential Functions:
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Completion of an accredited LPN program
Certifications:
- Current state licensure as an LPN or LPN applicant
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (preferred but not required)
Experience:
- One year of clinical patient care experience (preferred but not required)
Training:
- EPIC Electronic Health Record (EHR) training (preferred but not required)
- Completion of Basic Arrhythmia class with a passing grade (required for Telemetry units)
