Production Lead KY - Paducah

Production Lead will oversee the assigned area to ensure production runs according to schedule in a safe and timely manner. Schedule daily breaks and lead team. Ensure all employees are rotating at appropriate times. Verify that documents have been completed correct and are accurate. Be able to perform all tasks in the assigned area and responsible for training all new staff.

Support and enforce employee safety, food safety, and quality programs. Keep assigned area clean and safe for all employees. Responsible for end of day clean up. Reports on all issues as they happen to Production Supervisor. Production lead must learn all aspects of production and be able to lead any area effectively and efficiently.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Data recording and reporting, Supervision, Process Controls, Mathematical Formulas, Leadership, Policy Enforcement, Production Equipment, Dairy Processing, and other duties assigned by the business.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Required

Education:

High School Diploma/GED.

Required Experience:

Production experience.

$20 - $20 USD per hour
