Position Summary

Responsible forsetup and operating prepackaging line and, bringing in proper packaging material and changing film rolls. Must ensureaccuratecompletion of checklists including visual inspections of all equipment for cleanliness and foreign materialcontactingmanagement as needed. Must be willing to accept responsibility and accountability forensuringthat proper procedures are followed. Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Employee must become proficient in the operation of theprepackagingline, and box former machine.

Employee must be able tooperateprepackmachinewith automated control system.

Employee must be able to change the film roll without complications.

Employeewillbe responsible formaking minor adjustments to machinery as needed for production runs.

Employee will ensure that everyone is working in asafely manor.

Employee must be trained on using a power jack to move refers.

• Setup and operate the prepackaging line.
• Bring in proper packaging material and change film rolls.
• Ensure accurate completion of checklists including visual inspections of all equipment for cleanliness and foreign material, contacting management as needed.
• Accept responsibility and accountability for ensuring that proper procedures are followed.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Become proficient in the operation of the prepackaging line and box former machine.
• Operate the prepack machine with automated control system.
• Change the film roll without complications.
• Make minor adjustments to machinery as needed for production runs.
• Ensure that everyone is working safely.
• Be trained on using a power jack to move equipment.

All employees are required to be in full uniform to include bouffant cap, beard cover (as applicable), safety glasses and gloves. Hearing protection is required. Employee schedules will be 6:00am – Downtime and as required by the production department.

All employees are required to attend weekly safety meetings and will receive Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) training specific to their job function as per the HACCP/GMP Manual.

Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing. Light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds. Medium work that includes moving objects up to 50 pounds. Heavy work that includes moving objects up to 100 pounds or more.
