Production Supervisor – 3rd Shift
This is a high‑impact leadership role within a high‑volume, 24/5 production operation that relies heavily on strong, consistent oversight during off‑shift hours. Recent turnover on the supervisory team has created an urgent need for a stable, capable leader to anchor the 3rd‑shift operation, reinforce safety and quality expectations, and strengthen reliability overnight.
The 3rd shift plays a critical role in maintaining the production flow for the entire facility, keeping equipment running, preventing downtime, and ensuring the next shift starts with a clean handoff. The supervisor in this role will guide operators to deliver safe, efficient, high‑quality output by improving processes, elevating communication, and developing the team. This individual will have the opportunity to make measurable impact each night through stronger alignment, disciplined execution, waste reduction, and proactive problem‑solving.
Long‑term, there is significant opportunity for advancement. The broader organization invests heavily in leadership development, supports internal growth, and offers a variety of career paths for high‑performing production leaders.
