Position Summary
The CP Operator must be available to work on a weekly rotation M-F 6am – Downtime (overtime is included), and as required by the production department. Must be able to follow detailed instructions, both written and oral. Must be able to precisely follow operational procedures.
Must become proficient in the operation of Programmable Logic Controller and Cryogenic Processors.
Must be willing to accept responsibility and accountability for ensuring that proper procedures are followed. Responsible for accurate completion of checklists and record all associated data. The person must be versatile, have the ability to multi‑task, be self‑motivated, require minimal supervision, make good decisions, work well with others and be willing to work wherever needed should the need arise.
Essential FunctionsAll employees are required to attend weekly safety meetings and will receive Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) training specific to their job function as per the HACCP/GMP Manual.
CompetenciesEmployees should be in good general physical condition and able to stand for prolonged periods, bend, twist, turn and lift up to 25 pounds, without restriction. Employees must work well with others and have good social and communication skills and be willing to take direction.
