Join our supportive outpatient team at H2 Health – and deliver therapy that makes a real impact. We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist who’s passionate about function-focused care, whether you’re a new grad or a seasoned clinician.

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate and treat patients with customized, evidence-based plans
• Focus on helping clients regain independence in daily life
• Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, and referring providers
• Document progress in our EMR system
• Be part of a mission-driven team that values quality care

What You’ll Need:

Education:A graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Experience:Prior experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome!

Qualifications:An active or eligible state license to practice.
