Requirements:
** MUST have CST and CFA with CVOR exp
** Traveler must be able to produce a TECHNICAL diploma from their CST training for compliance, no exceptions. If traveler signs and cannot produce this, they will be cancelled. A high school diploma, CST certification, or unrelated college diploma will not fulfill this requirement, it must be from their CST training.**

· Scrub
· Specialized in CVOR/proficient skills in cardiac cases
· Aseptic technique
· Universal protocol (timeout)
· Radiation/laser/fire safety
· Specimen labeling/handling
· Sterilization/disinfection
· 2 year CVOR experience
