Locum Vascular Surgeon | Ongoing Coverage with Perm Potential

A leading 350+ bed regional hospital in Western Kentucky is seeking a Vascular Surgeon for ongoing locum tenens coverage. This is a hospital-based role designed for a provider looking for a steady monthly rhythm, with the flexibility to transition into a permanent position if the fit is right for both parties.

You will be working in a well-equipped facility that prioritizes modern vascular care. The setup is designed for efficiency and high-level intervention:

• Advanced Suites: Access to a Siemens Hybrid OR, a Siemens Interventional Radiology suite, and a standard OR.
• In-house Services: Full Hemodialysis access available on-site.
• The Team: You’ll be supported by a well-trained vascular team and two dedicated surgical technologists.

The caseload covers a standard mix of adult and geriatric vascular surgery:

• Open Procedures: Aneurysm repairs (Abdominal), Arterial bypass, and AV shunts.
• Endovascular: Stenting, Femoral Popliteal and Aortofemoral bypass, and reconstruction for Deep Vein Occlusions.

• Daily Rate / Call Back: TBD-Let's Discuss!
• Coverage: Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice insurance included.
• Flexibility: This is an ongoing locum-to-perm opportunity
  , allowing you to "try out" the facility and community before committing long-term.

• Board Status: Board Certified (highly preferred) or truly Board Eligible.
• Licensure: Active Kentucky medical license (IMLC highly welcomed).
• Availability: Ability to cover 7 to 14 days per month on an ongoing basis.
