The Role

LYNX Services division partners with the world’s largest insurance companies to provide claims services using live Agents and digital assistants to help consumers with home and auto insurance policies.

We seek exceptional and compassionate Service Representatives who want to make a difference. At LYNX, you will take ownership of each interaction, educate, and counsel customers on what to expect when filing a claim. What You’ll Do

• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about their claims.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to ensure customers feel supported and valued.
• Engage in active listening, clarify information, and manage calls according to training.
• Enter customer and claim information accurately into the system database.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success daily.

What You’ll Bring

• Prior experience with telephone-based customer service preferred.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to speak clearly, friendly, and courteous.
• Strong listening skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills.
• Experience with CRM software is an advantage.
• Adaptability, accountability, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle difficult or emotional customers professionally.
• Quick learner, multi-tasker, and team player.
• Willingness to work extended/flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Ability to sit for long periods and remain alert and focused.

Requirements

• One year of customer service experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Pass background and drug screens.
