Position: Accounts Executive (3 Months Contract)
Working hours: 5 days work week – Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary: Up to $4,500 (commensurate with experience)
Duration: 3 months contract
Industry: Cryogenic Equipment
Responsibilities- Handle month‑end closing, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Prepare schedules and documents for audit purposes
- Support external auditors and respond to audit queries
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
- Assist with ad‑hoc finance tasks as assigned
- Minimum diploma in accounting, finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience with closing exposure
- Familiarity with audit support and reporting processes
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems
- Detail‑oriented, independent, and able to meet deadlines
- Mandarin language proficiency to communicate with Mandarin‑speaking customers
