È necessaria la laurea in infermieristica e iscrizione all'albo professionale, oltre a esperienze pregresse in ambito ospedaliero o in laboratori. Si richiedono ottime capacità di teamworking e gestione dello stress, e proattività per garantire un servizio di alta qualità.
