Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard new F&B merchants through field acquisition
- Generate and qualify leads through mapping, cold calling, and market research
- Plan and optimize daily merchant visit routes and onboarding pitches
- Prioritize prospects based on predefined hitlists and business targets
- Ensure achievement of acquisition targets and OKRs
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in any major
- Experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in field sales and willingness to work on-site
- Own a personal vehicle to support daily field activities
