Job Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve assigned targets and increase market share for the J&J Med Tech business.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and key partners, including surgeons, urologists, OB/GYNs, ENT specialists, pharmacists, biomedical engineers, and procurement teams, to drive product adoption and sustainable revenue growth.
- Effectively communicate with healthcare professionals by demonstrating strong knowledge of the J&J Med Tech product portfolio and relevant surgical procedures to support sales and clinical discussions.
- Identify new business opportunities, monitor industry trends and competitor activities, and formulate strategies to expand market presence and penetration.
- Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in all sales and marketing activities.
- Apply CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and analyze data to optimize sales performance.
- Perform data analysis using tools such as pivot tables to generate sales reports, forecasts, and actionable insights to support strategic decision‑making.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including marketing and other internal partners, to ensure effective execution of sales plans, promotional campaigns, educational programs, and product launches.
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution is preferred.
- Based in Padang, West Sumatera, Indonesia.
- Proven track record of sales success, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry, particularly within surgical specialties such as General Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Urology, and ENT.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, influence key decision‑makers, and manage long‑term professional relationships.
- Solid understanding of healthcare compliance regulations and ethical business practices, with a strong commitment to integrity and compliance.
- Proficient in CRM systems, pivot table analysis, and sales reporting tools, with the ability to demonstrate technology to improve sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, market access, medical affairs, and healthcare compliance, to achieve organizational objectives.
- Good knowledge of medical devices and surgical procedures, with a strong interest in keeping up with industry trends and technological advancements.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory and adapt to dynamic market conditions and evolving customer needs.
Relocation support will be provided for candidates who need to relocate.
