Responsibilities- You are in charge of assisting the operation of a single store, including but not limited to hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
- You will lead a 3‑week or more store leadership training program to prepare associates for success.

- Pay range: $30.00/hr – $33.00/hr (individual pay determined by location and experience). Bonuses are at the company’s discretion.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends

Serve Safe certified
While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from the steam table and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods of time. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use Chinese cook knives and other kitchen equipment, and work quickly without losing accuracy. Requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs.,
standing up to four hours, and reaching across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers. Kitchens are hot and noise levels are usually high; storage space is limited and shelving is high. Employees must be able to work in a fast‑paced work environment, have effective verbal communication skills, adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities, and manage conflicts/difficult situations.
