Pay Range: $21.00 - $23.00

Schedule:
Tuesday: 10am-6pm and Friday: 9am-3pm

Receiving clerk responsibilities include:

• Inspect food, beverage, and supply deliveries for accuracy and compliance with federal and state food safety regulations.
• Put up deliveries in a timely and organized manner.
• Organize storerooms in accordance with safety regulations, being mindful of food safety hierarchy and OSHA guidelines.
• Assist chefs with breakfast, lunch, and dinner cooking tasks as needed.
• Assist chefs with kitchen cleaning tasks as requested.

Under the supervision of the Executive Chef or Sous Chef, an Assistant Cook is responsible for preparing food as directed by a senior Cook. Plating dishes in an attractive way, and ensuring the quality of different dishes. The assistant Cook is responsible for knowing how to use a variety of techniques to prepare whatever dish he/she is assigned to. Often the assistant cook is assigned to a single station where he/she will be responsible for preparing a single type of food by performing the following duties.
