Junior Conveyancing Attorney

About the Role

We are looking for an Admitted Attorney with 1 – 4 years of experience in property law/conveyancing to join our team.

The Junior Conveyancing Attorney will be instrumental in facilitating a smooth and efficient property transfer process. Their focus is to manage the practical, administrative, and procedural steps of the transfer process, supervised by a senior conveyancer, to ensure compliance with legal requirements and to prevent delays.

• Admitted Attorney with 1 – 4 yrs experience in property law / conveyancing
• Successfully passed Conveyancing Examination
• Experience with bond registrations
• Familiar with Conveyancing Software
• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Fluent in English AND Afrikaans (verbally and written)
• Must reside within 20km radius from Paarl

• Computer literate (specifically Conveyancing Software)
