Junior CRM Analyst position available in Paarl.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- CRM Administration & Maintenance
- Manage day-to-day Hub Spot administration, including subscriptions, bounced contacts, and general data hygiene.
- Maintain and optimise properties, lists, workflows, and integrations.
- Monitor system performance and flag recurring issues or risks.
- Data Quality & Reporting
- Conduct routine data audits, record clean-up, and deduplication.
- Build and maintain static and dynamic lists for marketing and operational use.
- Support basic reporting and dashboard updates and assist with imports/exports.
- Support & Training
- Respond to ad-hoc Hub Spot requests, including troubleshooting data and automation issues.
- Liaise with Hub Spot Support to resolve bugs or feature issues through to completion.
- Deliver short training sessions and support onboarding on CRM tools and best practices.
- Documentation & Process Improvement
- Maintain and improve SOPs, workflows, and internal CRM guidance materials.
- Document system updates and changes to ensure consistent ways of working.
- Cross-System Support (Breeze Agents & Integrations)
- Support Breeze Agent setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure Hub Spot and Breeze data flows remain aligned, accurate, and well‑documented
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in an appropriate field of study:
Marketing / Business / IT - Minimum 2 years’ work experience – preferably in a sales or marketing environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation.
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally and handling multiple requests simultaneously
- Experience with marketing automation or customer data platforms.
- Familiarity with data cleaning and management tools.
- Understanding of contact lifecycle stages, subscription preferences, and segmentation principles.
- Previous experience supporting staff with training or documentation
