We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Ozark, MO to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients’ homes in accordance with a physician established care plan. This 1099 contract opportunity requires care at the patient’s residence with scheduling established between the HHA/CNA, patient, and case manager. Offers are contingent upon passing a background check.

Responsibilities- Execute physician prescribed plans of care and maintain compliant documentation in the system of record.
- Administer prescribed treatments and therapies.
- Perform patient assessments and coordinate care.
- Assist with daily living activities, communication, and vital sign monitoring while working in the patient’s home.
- Communicate with family members, doctors, and other involved individuals regarding patient health.
- Perform other personal care services as necessary to meet patient needs.
- Current CPR, First Aid, and 2-Step TB Test.
- Prefer experience in a clinical care setting; home health experience preferred.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Prolonged standing and walking required, with ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and move patients.
- Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
