Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Ozark, MO to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients’ homes in accordance with a physician established care plan. This 1099 contract opportunity requires care at the patient’s residence with scheduling established between the HHA/CNA, patient, and case manager. Offers are contingent upon passing a background check.

$16.00/hr - $20.00/hr

With a focus on personalized, in-home care, we serve patients across Arizona, Colorado, Kentucky, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah. • Execute physician prescribed plans of care and maintain compliant documentation in the system of record.
• Administer prescribed treatments and therapies.
• Perform patient assessments and coordinate care.
• Assist with daily living activities, communication, and vital sign monitoring while working in the patient’s home.
• Communicate with family members, doctors, and other involved individuals regarding patient health.
• Perform other personal care services as necessary to meet patient needs.

• Current CPR, First Aid, and 2-Step TB Test.
• Prefer experience in a clinical care setting; home health experience preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Prolonged standing and walking required, with ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and move patients.
• Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
