• Provide direct nursing care and procedures to hospice patients.
• Follow individualized care plans under RN supervision.
• Document all nursing services provided.
• Offer education, comfort, and support to patients and caregivers at the end of life.

• Current Missouri LPN license, in good standing
• At least 1 year of LPN experience in the last 3 years (hospice experience preferred)
• Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills

• Full-time, 7 days on / 7 days off
• Monday–Friday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Saturday–Sunday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 AM
