Position Summary
The Lamination Outfitter lays out fiberglass, removes air voids, and applies paint (where needed) with the use of small hand tools. This position assists gunner and lead in daily activities.
Essential Functions- Forms fiberglass into a mold and removes air voids.
- Leads and supervises with overseeing safety and quality of parts.
- Helps the lead and supervisor control the cost in the area.
- Plays a key role in training new outfitters.
- Runs and maintains equipment in use.
- Keeps work area clean, safe, and hazard free.
- Helps push molds.
- ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
- Minimum Degree
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work as a Team
- Ability to give and receive spoken and written direction
- Must know start up and shut down procedures of equipment
- Ability for rapid mental and muscular Depth perception
- Coordination simultaneously
- Must have no fiberglass
