This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students by helping them develop essential employability skills in a real work environment.

* Key Responsibilities:

** Coordinate students’ work-based learning experiences within the Pre-Employment Training - Work Experience Program with VR Incorporate four hours of soft skills training per week and review/discuss on-site experiences during each 20-hour week of the program
** Education, Experience, and/or Credential

Qualifications:

** Preferably has experience in employment services, job coaching, business, sales, human resources, or human services
