Home Health - RN/ Case Manager / Full-Time provides admission, case management, and follow-up skilled nursing visits for patients. Must be willing to work independently with a flexible working schedule.
Dedicated to the Standards and goals of a quality home health. Responsible to take call. A graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing and possess a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in State of Alabama.
Have dependable transportation and proof of insurance. Must be self sufficient and flexible.
Home Health experience preferred. Must be compassionate in home setting.
CPR certification required. Successful completion of any/all agency requirements.
