The Airframe Sheet Metal Mech II performs installation of aircraft sheet metal and structural components in accordance with approved methods, techniques, and practices.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

• Interface with Crew lead and other Technicians as required.
• Install sheet metal & structures according to instructions/drawings.
• Perform phased maintenance on the AH-64 E aircraft, Delta model experience preferred.
• Repair sheet metal and composite components as required.
• Operate Ground Support Equipment (Power Cart, Tug, Forklift, etc.).
• Remove, inspect, repair, and reinstall aircraft parts/systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Comply with safety rules, regulations, and documentation procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Experience with structural repairs on AH-64D, AH-64E aircraft.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in confined or awkward positions.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and interpret technical documents.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with office equipment and basic mathematical skills.
• Self-motivated, capable of multitasking and working independently.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent with 6 years’ experience, including 2 years with military standards.
• Ability to pass drug and background screening.
• Must obtain and maintain a government background check.
