** The Role*
* • Coordinate the end-to-end sales pipeline from lead identification to placement on cover  
• Ensure timely and effective engagement with prospective and existing clients  
• Support sales campaigns and new business initiatives  
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and gaps in cover for existing clients  
• Coordinate pipeline activity across team resources  
• Produce key management information and performance reporting  
• Provide visibility on sales, renewals and claims performance to support business decisions  
** About You*
* • Highly organised with strong coordination and planning skills  
• Accuracy & attention to detail  
• Confident using systems, CRMs and data to manage pipelines and reporting  
• Commercially aware with a good understanding of sales processes  
• Experience with in insurance or financial services is desirable  
• Proactive, detail-focused and comfortable working across teams  
• Adaptable & solution focused
