Interim Building Surveyor Opportunity
We're currently seeking an Interim Building Surveyor for a short-term assignment with a public sector organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Manage roofing contracts from start to completion, including interim payments and valuations.
- Handle legal disrepair grit cases Radeon building leaks, perform property surveys, inspections, and prepare survey reports.
- Carry out repair works related to cracks in buildings and roofing defects.
- Collaborate with consultants to resolve cracks and foundation movement issues.
- Experience in building surveying roles, especially with roofing contracts.
- Ability to manage projects end-to-end, including payments and valuations.
- Knowledge of legal disrepair processes and property inspections.
- Experience identifying and resolving building defects (cracks, foundation issues).
