Speech Language Pathologist in Oxon Hill, MD

A dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to support students within a K-12 school environment in Oxon Hill, Maryland. This role provides an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by assisting students with diverse speech, language, and communication challenges, fostering their academic progress and social development throughout the school year contract.

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals tailored to student needs
• Deliver both direct therapy and consultative services to students
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and IEP teams to coordinate student support plans

• Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist License
• Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) Certification or eligibility to obtain certification
• Experience in school or pediatric settings is preferred but not mandatory

• Full-time (35 hours per week) or part-time schedules available
• Work 7-hour days providing on-site services within the school
• Support a diverse K-12 caseload throughout the contract school year
