A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A CNA IN Oxon Hill, MD

As a MD CNA/GNA licensed caregiver (CNA), you follow the plan of care set up by the Director of Nursing and collaborate to provide support to residents in their homes by providing medication reminders, assisting with toileting/ incontinent care, assisting with personal care and hygiene, assisting residents with meals, light housekeeping, and enhancing quality of life by providing companionship. Your eye for detail helps you observe and report any safety hazards found in the resident's home and any changes in the client’s mental, physical, or emotional condition.

• Paid ORIENTATION!!!
• Competitive Starting Pay $18-19/hr
• Weekly Pay/ Bi-weekly Pay Your choice w/ Pay Activ

• Follow the plan of care established by the Director of Nursing and collaborate to support residents in their homes
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management as directed
• Assist with toileting/incontinent care, personal care, and hygiene
• Assist residents with meals and perform light housekeeping as needed
• Enhance quality of life by providing companionship
• Observe and report safety hazards in the resident’s home
• Observe and report changes in the client’s mental, physical, or emotional condition

• 18 years old and older
• Valid/Current MD Certified Nursing Assistant/ Geriatric Nursing Assistant (CNA/ GNA)
• Valid Current CPR
• At least 3 months professional experience as a caregiver preferred
• Open availability, able to work various shifts to include weekends
• Willing to work Prince George's and/or Montgomery County, MD
• Strong communication skills
• Applicants are expected to pick up shifts within 7 days of hire
