Responsibilities:
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage vendor communications and maintain organized vendor files.
- Coordinate the scheduling and logistics of special events.
- Prepare and process invoices while monitoring payment statuses.
- Provide administrative support to streamline daily operations.
- Utilize Quick Books for efficient financial tracking and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Monitor and address discrepancies in financial records promptly. Requirements - Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial management.
- Proficiency in Quick Books software.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Ability to perform accurate bank reconciliations.
- Excellent organizational and scheduling skills.
- Experience maintaining vendor files and relationships.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong communication skills for managing vendor and team interactions.
