Job Description
The Account Development Specialist is responsible for helping our clients put together drinkware specific marketing campaigns which may include product suggestion catered to the individual opportunity at hand, procurement of product samples, working with our internal team to develop virtual mock ups for individual brands, provide pricing, and more. This role serves as a brand consultant who assists our customers in telling their clients story through our product and decoration methods.
The Account Development team collaborates with our Regional Sales team and our Customer Experience team to provide well rounded support for all of our customers needs. Develop and maintain strong effective relationships with customers. Welcome and engage with any new accounts that need to be setup in assigned regional territory. Provide regular quotes via email or over the phone as well as issue formal high quantity quotes to customers.
Help facilitate virtual proofs, physical samples, and spec sample requests to assist agencies with presenting our products and decoration options. Must be knowledgeable of our product features as well as the different services we offer. Ensure customers receive timely and accurate responses. Discuss reoccurring program opportunities with agencies and our Regional Sales Manager. Once program details are gathered and products are shown create and maintain all program quotes including quarterly updates.
Update contact information in CRM and log follow up for all open projects. Stay on top of daily and weekly follow up tasks to ensure our clients have everything they need to include our products in open campaigns. Other responsibilities as assigned.
HS Diploma or GED. 3+ yrs exp in a customer service, admin, sales or office related role. Strong communication skills. Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook. Comfortable making outbound calls. Dependable with great attendance.
Skills PreferredOpen to feedback and able to make adjustments based on feedback. Able to quickly retain information or effectively reference notes. Posses a strong desire to learn and succeed.
