When You Come To Work You’ll
  • Tours potential members through the club and describes the facility, equipment, services, and amenities that tie back to their individual fitness needs and goals
  • Ensures all guests are registered and entered into the system
  • Communicates membership and fitness offers clearly using Company tools
  • Signs up guests using Company sales techniques and protocol
  • Adheres to Membership Agreement Procedure when enrolling members and guests
  • On-boards new members and assists with member retention activities to drive club profitability
  • Keeps personal and team sales goals in sight
  • Obtains leads from within the community using company tools/programs
  • Generates leads internally through member promotions, referrals, guest passes, and leads from calls
  • Sets appointments for leads and opportunities
  • Maintains productivity targets
  • Partners with Membership Sales Manager to deliver a best-in-class, member-centric experience
  • Engages members with personal training, group exercise classes, and digital content
  • Maintains relationships with members and directs them to the right resources
  • Maintains a clean, friendly, well-maintained club
  • Helps new members become comfortable in the club

This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and maintaining a professional demeanor, clear communication, and a clean uniform

Status and Compliance

Salary:
Compensation: $16.50 - $17.87 per hour
