Director of Sales – Pool, Spa and Bath

This full-time, on-site Director of Sales role is based in Oxnard, CA. The individual will lead sales initiatives within the Pool, Spa, and Bath industry to drive business growth. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, overseeing sales operations, and leading a highly motivated sales team. Engaging in business development and identifying new market opportunities will also be key aspects of this role.

• Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Operations with proven success in meeting and exceeding targets.
• Experience in Customer Service and the ability to foster long-term client relationships.
• Leadership and Team Management skills to guide and motivate a sales team effectively.
• Proficiency in Business Development, including identifying growth opportunities and developing market strategies.
• Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the Pool, Spa, or Bath industries is a plus.
