24-32 hours per week – Closing and Mid-shifts available

1:00 p.m. to close or 12pm to 8:30 pm

Mandatory Sunday – Thursday (NO Fridays or Saturdays)

$18-$20 per hour

Currently, we are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Tasting Room Sales Associate to join our team and contribute to the continued success of Tierra Sur and Herzog Wine Cellars.

• Provide exceptional customer experiences to build brand loyalty through greeting visitors and building relationships with guests.

• Serve wines in accordance with Tierra Sur training and standards.

• Handle high volume wine and merchandise transactions.

• Present the benefits of Wine Club programs and contribute to its growth.

• Ensure smooth daily operations, including effective communication, managing traffic flow, and engaging guests.

• Assist with Wine Club shipments, handling wine case logistics, and meeting sales targets.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a wine tasting room, marketing, public relations, hospitality, or related field preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects

• Attention to detail, responsiveness, judgment, and proactive organization and planning skills

• Customer service-focused with a professional and courteous demeanor

• Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills

Compensation will be determined by a number of factors including educational background and experience.

Salary range between $18.00 - $20.00 hourly plus tips – may be eligible for additional, discretionary incentive compensation based on wine membership sales.
