Base Pay: $17.00/hr – $22.00/hr

• Greet and create an exceptional first impression for all guests.
• Offer and sell BLISS Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships.
• Offer and sell BLISS Single Wash Packages and upgrades.
• Demonstrate a self‑motivated, SALES‑oriented attitude.
• Maintain a high level of energy and a positive attitude.
• Meet or exceed sales targets.
• Provide excellent service to ensure all guests have a BLISSFUL experience.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including proper uniform policy.
• Follow directions and make decisions consistent with job functions.
• Follow company safety protocol.
• Enjoy working outdoors.

• Ensure all vehicles are loaded correctly and safely onto the conveyor.
• Prep the vehicle within company guidelines.
• Perform after‑hours site cleaning according to the schedule (tunnel equipment, floor, walls, pit, vacuum area, walkways, queuing area, etc.).

• MUST HAVE SALES EXPERIENCE.

• Maintain the highest level of service.
• Adapt to a high‑volume retail environment while working in a team setting.
• Show flexibility to adapt to a variety of situations.
• Work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Demonstrate ability to improve through training.

• Build great relationships with guests and co‑workers through excellent communication and follow‑through.

• Part‑time employees who can work varied hours/days as business dictates.

• Reports to the Site Manager.

• Work outdoors in a loud environment due to car wash equipment and vehicles.
• Constant exposure to fumes from equipment and cleaning solvents (e.g., dust, fumes, gases).
• Fluctuation in temperature and conditions (heat, cold, humidity). Some noise and vibration exposure.

• Work outdoors with the ability to stand and walk for extended periods and be in constant motion; lift up to 50 lbs, bend, reach, and stoop.
• Ability to operate all related equipment.
