Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $24.00/hr position
Summary:
We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.
In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot which includes helping members with their purchases, and ensuring there are carts ready and available. You will also assist our members helping them load their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go.
Rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you.
- Ensure club pick up orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed; inform members when products are unavailable; offer alternative product options; ensure items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup; resolve member issues and concerns; promote the company s products and services.
- Maintain safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps; follow procedures for handling merchandise; correct and report unsafe situations to facility management.
- Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; assist with purchasing decisions; process member purchases; assist with payments according to policy; use cash registers; locate and organize merchandise; zone designated areas; resolve member issues and concerns; promote products and services; organize and maintain availability of carts/flatbeds; assist with transporting items; use cart retrieval equipment; maintain parking lot cleanliness.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics; participate in related action plans; apply Open Door Policy in work processes and practices.
- Complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners; identify priorities and deadlines; communicate progress; identify opportunities for improvement; adapt to change and feedback.

- Hourly wage range: $17.00 – $24.00. Actual rate may meet or exceed minimum wage; additional compensation includes performance incentives and potential premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.
