CLINIQUE ULTA Beauty Advisor/Artist (Freelancer) – Oxnard, CA

We are seeking a highly skilled, creative, and customer‑centric freelance Beauty Advisor/Artist to join our team at CLINIQUE ULTA in Oxnard, California. In this role, you will provide makeup application, skincare advice, and fragrance/hair consultations, creating a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in‑store experience that educates and delights our customers.

As part of a high‑performing team, you will:

• Lead in‑store product education and application demonstrations.
• Consult customers on skincare, fragrance, and hair products to identify their best solutions.
  
  Organize and support in‑store events, ensuring visual merchandising standards are maintained.
• Work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events.
• Assist with point‑of‑sale transactions and maintain store layout and cleanliness.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Prior retail or beauty sales experience preferred; beginners with strong technical and creative skills welcome.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Comfortable working flexible retail hours, including nights, weekends, and special events.
• Experience with retail point‑of‑sale software is a plus.
• Proof of right to live and work in the U.S. required for interview.
