Position Summary
The Crew Person is responsible for performing specific tasks within the restaurant, providing guests with a positive experience, preparing quality food according to standards, and maintaining a clean, safe environment for all guests and employees.
Essential Functions
Position Qualifications/Core Competencies
- High school enrollment or diploma/equivalent preferred.
- Minimum age of 16 years.
- Reliable transportation to work.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts.
Work Environment
Fast-paced environment with kitchen equipment in confined spaces.
Physical Demands
- Stand for long periods.
- Bend and stoop.
- Work around heat.
- Lift 50–75 lbs comfortably.
- Use various cleaning products.
