Base pay range

$48.00/hr - $50.00/hr

Location: Oxnard, CA

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Dress Code: Scrubs

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join an outpatient clinic in the Oxnard area. This temporary assignment offers the opportunity to work in a large, multidisciplinary clinic supporting a behavioral health patient population. The RN will provide direct patient care, collaborate with physicians and clinical staff, and support coordinated, team-based care.

• Provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinical setting
• Support assigned physicians and manage patient panels
• Obtain, record, and document patient vitals during appointments
• Answer patient questions related to medications and care plans
• Administer injections as needed
• Document patient care and interactions in Smart Care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including clinicians and case managers
• Support patients with moderate to severe mental illness
• See approximately 6–7 patients per day
• Large clinic with a high-volume patient population
• Multidisciplinary, team-based care model
• Active, hands‑on clinical setting focused on patient-centered care

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Comfortable working with moderate to severe mental illness
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills

• Predictable weekday schedule with no weekends
