A food ingredients leader in Oxnard, California is seeking an Internal SME to oversee daily changeover operations and coach on cleaning routines. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience in Production or Equipment Operation, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include ensuring machine performance, conducting audits, and supporting training efforts in line operations.

A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Salary ranges from $23.90 to $31.10 hourly based on qualifications.
