Summary
CNC Operator 3 – Salary Range: $21.00 - $33.00 per hour. Must be willing to relocate to Henderson, NV by January 2027. As the largest machine tool builder in the western world, we need world‑class talent across all departments. Operator 3 operates and adjusts CNC or manual machines to produce parts per specifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Follow safety requirements within the department.
- Access and understand daily and weekly schedules.
- Locate, read, and follow work instructions displayed electronically (iPad).
- Read and understand blueprints.
- Inspect finished parts.
- Use precision measuring instruments to verify part integrity.
- Load and unload parts correctly.
- Manage applicable tools, including awareness of tool life and wear.
- Adjust machines to maintain part integrity.
- Restart machines at the required place in the operation.
- Operate material‑handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jack, cranes, and mobile straddle‑stacker lift.
- Report damage to a supervisor or manager.
- Follow instructions, procedures, and elevate any issue impacting workflow, quality, etc.
- Demonstrate honesty and integrity and adhere to rules, procedures, and policies.
This job does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
- Basic understanding of CNC programming.

EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent (GED). Additional one to three months of related experience, training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience5‑10 years in relevant field.
Language SkillsAbility to read, write, and comprehend instructions and safety rules in English. Capable of presenting information in one‑on‑one or small group settings.
Mathematical SkillsAbility to add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units, compute rates, ratios, percentages, and interpret graphs.
Reasoning AbilityApply common sense and understanding to carry out written, oral, or diagram instruction, solving problems involving several concrete variables.
