#### Machine Operator
- Entry Level We are seeking a reliable and motivated entry-level machine operator to join our metal spinning department. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to follow instructions in a team-oriented environment. Some prior experience operating machinery is preferred, but not required—we will provide the necessary training for the right candidate.

You’ll play a key role in helping produce precision components for the aerospace, defense, and automotive sectors while developing valuable skills in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing setting.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Operate and monitor CNC-controlled metal spinning machines in a safe and efficient manner
* Assist with loading and unloading raw materials and finished parts
* Follow detailed work instructions and direction from setup technicians and supervisors
* Perform basic in-process inspections using measuring tools to ensure part quality
* Support heating and forming processes by operating torches and other tools as required
* Keep your workstation clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
* Document part counts and job progress accurately as instructed
* Report any issues, delays, or quality concerns to leads or supervisors in a timely manner
* Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
** Qualifications
* ** High school diploma or equivalent required
* Some experience working with machinery or in a manufacturing environment is preferred
* Ability to read basic blueprints or willingness to learn
* Familiarity with hand tools and basic measurement instruments (calipers, micrometers) is a plus
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Must be dependable, accountable, and able to follow instructions consistently
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes and equipment
