$20.00 - $28.00 per hour.

Operator 2 operates CNC or manual machines.

• Follow safety requirements within the department.
• Access and understand daily and weekly schedules.
• Find, read & follow work instructions displayed electronically (iPad).
• Read and understand blueprints relative to the parts being produced.
• Correctly use all precision measuring instruments to verify part integrity.
• Correctly load and unload parts.
• Change and set tools.
• Make simple machine adjustments to maintain part integrity.
• Must be able to operate both powered and non‑powered material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jack, cranes, and mobile straddle stacker lift.
• Employees must report any damage to a supervisor or manager.
• Employees are expected to follow instructions, procedures and to escalates any issue impacting workflow, quality, etc.
• Employees must exhibit honesty and integrity as well as demonstrate adherence to rules, procedures and policies.

This job does not have any supervisory activities.

High school diploma or high school equivalency (HSE) credential such as general education degree (GED) is required, plus an additional 1–3 months related experience, training and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
