#### General Laborer – Spin Department We are seeking a dependable and hardworking general laborer to support our Spin Department. This entry-level position plays a vital role in daily shop operations by assisting machine operators, handling materials, and performing general labor tasks to help ensure smooth production flow. The ideal candidate is reliable, has a strong work ethic, and is comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Refill propane and oxygen tanks required for production runs
* Assist machine operators with loading and unloading parts
* Prepare materials and equipment for daily production activities
* Clean and maintain work areas and equipment as needed
* Follow instructions from lead operators, supervisors, and team leaders
* Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment (with proper training)
* Move materials or parts between workstations or storage areas
* Perform general labor tasks to support production and housekeeping efforts
** Qualifications
* ** High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus, but not required
* Ability to follow instructions, learn new tasks, and work safely around machinery
* Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
* Strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to be part of a team
* Must be comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
