We provide OEM-quality alternatives for luxury automotive brands, offering a comprehensive product range that includes convertible tops, boot covers, seat upholstery, headliners, carpets, and accessories. We serve as a one-stop "satisfaction center" for trim shops and restorers worldwide.
Location- Primary Base: Oxnard, CA
- Scope: Oversee planning for three sites (two in California, one in South Carolina).
- Travel: No travel required to the South Carolina facility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain (or Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field).
- 4+ years of manufacturing experience in Materials Planning, Production Planning, or Master Scheduling.
- Net Suite Expertise: Hands-on experience with Net Suite configuration, implementation, and data clean‑up
. Must be skilled in building and maintaining saved searches, dashboards, and KPIs. - Strong grasp of MRP concepts, including Demand Planning/MRP, Items/Bins, WOs/POs, and BOMs/Routings.
- Demonstrated success in improving On-Time-In-Full (OTIF), reducing shortages, and optimizing inventory levels.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivots, lookups, dynamic arrays);
Power BI experience is a plus. - Must have demonstrated experience managing Key Performance Indicators, specifically:
- Sales Order Fill Rate (Customer OTIF)
- Inventory Turns
- Plan Adherence
- Configure and execute Net Suite MRP, including demand plans, planning engine settings, and time fences.
- Maintain accurate planning parameters (lead times, lot sizes, min/max levels, safety stock, and reorder points).
- Optimize material release timing to balance service levels with inventory investment.
- Enforce ECO/ECN discipline to prevent scrap, rework, and obsolescence.
- Ensure shop readiness by confirming kits and materials are complete prior to scheduled starts.
- Support shop floor workflows, including Manufacturing Mobile usage, labeling, and traveler accuracy.
- Coordinate supplier forecasts, releases, commit dates, and OTIF performance.
- Drive MOQ and lead-time reduction; identify alternates and dual-sourcing opportunities.
- Provide supply and capacity inputs for monthly S&OP (18–24 month horizon).
- Track plan stability, shortages, past‑due orders, and parameter accuracy through regular audits.
