Position: Workers’ Compensation Attorney

Salary Range: $100,000 – $150,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and licensed Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join our growing team. This is a full-time position offering a hybrid work schedule, intensive hands-on training, and exceptional long-term growth opportunities.

No prior workers’ compensation experience is required. We are willing to provide serious, comprehensive training for the right candidate. This position is ideal for new attorneys or attorneys looking to transition into workers’ compensation law. Serious inquiries only.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough reviews of workers’ compensation claims files
  • Identify and analyze legal issues related to each case
  • Conduct discovery, including interviewing witnesses and gathering evidence
  • Prepare cases for hearings before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board
  • Represent clients at all hearings before the Appeals Board
  • Handle settlement negotiations effectively and professionally
  • Ensure compliance with all legal filing deadlines and procedural requirements
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and organized case documentation
Qualifications
  • Active license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction (required)
  • No prior workers’ compensation experience required — we will train
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
  • Professional demeanor with strong negotiation skills
  • Desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in workers’ compensation law
