The Senior Director of Enterprise Applications is a strategic technology leader responsible for defining, governing, and executing the enterprise-wide strategy for core business applications, with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP across Finance, Supply Chain, EPM, and related platforms.
This role owns the multi-year enterprise applications roadmap, drives ERP cloud transformation, and ensures scalability, security, and long-term value creation. As a senior leader, the Senior Director will partner closely with executive stakeholders to enable digital transformation, data-driven decision-making, and sustainable business growth.
Main Responsibilities- Define and execute the enterprise applications strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned with business priorities.
- Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP transformation initiatives, including migration, modernization, and optimization.
- Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, HR, and IT leaders to deliver scalable, future-ready technology solutions.
- Govern large-scale digital transformation programs, including automation, AI/ML adoption, and advanced analytics.
- Build and lead a high-performing global applications organization and manage key technology partners and vendors.
- Establish enterprise governance frameworks for application lifecycle, data governance, security, and compliance.
- Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of mission-critical enterprise platforms.
- Define and track KPIs to measure system performance, adoption, and business impact.
- 20+ years of progressive IT experience
, with 10+ years in enterprise applications leadership roles - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Deep expertise in Oracle ERP and Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, migrations, or major upgrades
- Proven track record leading large-scale ERP transformations and cloud migrations
- Experience building and leading high-performing global teams
- Strong knowledge of enterprise data architecture, analytics, BI tools (Oracle Analytics Cloud, Power BI), and AI/ML integration
- Experience with vendor management, contract negotiations, and enterprise software licensing portfolios
- Strong business acumen and understanding of core enterprise processes
- Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder influence, and change management skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Willingness to travel up to 25% (domestic and international)
- Experience in agricultural or manufacturing environments is a plus
