SAP Analyst – SD/CS
Salary Range: $112,065 - $165,000/ Yr.

The SAP Analyst – SD/CS 2 is responsible for designing, building, and delivering high‑quality SAP solutions that enable efficient, scalable business operations. This role focuses on SAP Sales & Distribution (SD),
Customer Service (CS), and supporting processes in Quality Management (QM). This role requires strong business process insight, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver stable, effective SAP solutions across a fast‑moving enterprise environment.
- Partnering with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into functional designs.
- Using SAP best practices to configure, test, and deploy solutions that improve order management, customer service, and quality workflows.
- Creating detailed functional specs and collaborating with developers to ensure accurate and timely build execution.
- Leading and supporting integration, regression, and user acceptance testing across multiple business units.
- Providing expertise on incident resolution, enhancements, and continuous improvement activities.
- Contributing to the strategy, design, and support of mobile applications, ensuring seamless integration with SAP and a strong user experience.
- Employees are expected to follow instructions, procedures and to escalate any issue impacting workflow, quality, etc.

This job does not have any supervisory activities.

- Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience as an SAP Analyst working on multiple modules including SD, CS, PP, WM and QM.
- Experience in mobile app design/support.
- Experience in SAP Service/Quality module.
- Experience with SAP equipment records and serialized inventory.
- SAP ABAP and Data Dictionary.
- SAP Workflow knowledge.
Bachelor's Degree BA/BS/BFA/BSA from a four‑year college or university is required, plus additional related experience, training and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred MajorManagement Information Systems

Language SkillsMust have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and/or governmental regulations in English. Must be able to write analytical and/or technical reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals, and create instructional reference material. Able to speak effectively before groups, customers, employees of the organization and/or the general public.
Mathematical SkillsMust have the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Must have the ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. May need to draw and interpret graphs.
Reasoning AbilityMust have the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Must be able to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions such as mathematical and/or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
